Majestic Living LLC is committed to delivering top-quality repairs and home improvements. The company is veteran-owned and operated by Frank Marchisella and Chris Deftereos. Frank brings a wealth of experience from his 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an aviation hydraulic mechanic, work center supervisor, and squadron program manager, including four deployments supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
After his honorable discharge in November 2013, Frank utilized his GI Bill to pursue higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management with a Minor in Business from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. This blend of military discipline and academic expertise drives the excellence that Majestic Living strives to provide in every project.
My contractor was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. He listened to my ideas and he was also able to come up with better ways of doing things.
I needed an exterior door cut out and add 2 windows from the 3 windows that were already there and add steps. Chris and Frank knew exactly how to do the job and was very tedious and meticulous on every detail down to making sure the spindles on the railing of the new porch was safe for my little dogs. Their work ethics were great too. I am 100% satisfied with their work and will be turning to them for more of my upgrades in the future.
We had old flooring removed, new hardwood flooring installed as well as had them build us a stone fireplace from scratch! Everything turned out beautifully and better than we could have imagined. Frank and Chris were personable , professional and an overall a pleasure to work with.

Frank and his team were exceptional. They were always on time so I knew when to buy the donuts.

He did a good job blowing a massive amount of leaves off my yard and also did a thorough power washing and sealing of my deck. Very hard worker for a reasonable price!

Installed my appliances. There was a few issues installing them but it was fixed and job was completed in no time. Very professional! Will definitely use him again.
